American landscape painter Dianna Anderson (born 1955 in Boston, Massachusetts).

Dianna earned a degree in Art Education and a Masters in Educational Leadership from the University of Southern Maine. She taught drawing, painting, sculpture, pottery, stained glass, and AP Studio Art to high school students in Maine for over 20 years. Dianna has been active in local artist communities including the River Tree Art Association, Kittery Art Association, Designing Women, Maine Women in the Arts, Saco Bay Artists, The Mount Washington Valley Art Association, Center for the Arts Bonita Springs, and Naples Art Association.

Dianna is represented by The Whitney Galleries in Wells, Maine and the Beth Ellis Cove Gallery in Ogunquit, Maine. She exhibits at juried shows as well.

               ARTIST'S STATEMENT

"Everywhere I look, I see paintings. Each painting offers an opportunity to share my experiences.

Much of the inspiration for my work comes from a desire to visualize the harmony between the relationships of light and color, focusing my creative energy on how their combination can capture a moment."
