By permission of the artist, The Cyber Art Show is pleased to feature the second of two 12-piece exhibitions of works by Taiwanese-American painter Kyle Ma (born 2000 in Taiwan). 
 

Kyle found his passion in art at very early age. It started when he received a book on Monet’s work from his parents at age 3. He wanted to become an artist ever since. He loves to paint different subjects as long as it's beautiful in his eyes.

In 2010, Kyle moved to the United States with his parents. The different culture and landscape provided him inspiration. Being in the States allowed him access to many great artists' instructional DVDs and books. Kyle is fortunate to have taken workshops from the masters he admires.

As a high school student and band member, Kyle still finds his time painting every day. His enthusiasm in art led him to great achievements. At age 16, Kyle received the Animal Honorable Mention Award in the Oil Painters of America National Show. As the youngest OPA award-winner, Kyle's works continually got accepted in OPA Regional and National Shows, as well as the American Impressionist Society National Show in 2017.

 

Articles about Kyle can be found in several national art magazines. Kyle has received awards from many major art competitions, such as Bold Brush, Plein Air Salon, Artist's magazine.... to name a few.

Besides many invitational and juried group shows, Kyle had a One Man Show at Wilcox Gallery (Jackson, WY) in 2016 and Waterhouse Gallery (Santa Barbara, CA) in 2017. This summer, Kyle will be having his 3rd One Man Show in Wilcox Gallery for his 18- years-old milestone.

In 2017, Kyle got invited to be a faculty member at Plein Air Convention in San Diego, CA. He did a 2 hours on stage demo during the convention. This April, Kyle will be the faculty member again in PACE18.

Recently, Kyle was selected as a finalist in the 13th International Art Renewal Center Salon.
