                       ARTIST'S STATEMENT

“I am an artist.  It’s taken me a long time to finally say that — 64 years to be exact.  But I love to paint.  I’ve worked with a number of amazing teachers who taught and inspired me.  I think it’s a never-ending process — always something to learn.  And what a fun process it is!

People, landscapes, still lifes, dogs, etc.  I love the discovery of what happens with colors, light, brushstrokes … bottom line is it makes me happy. I’m hoping that some of my paintings will give you some joy as well.”
