"Bringing the Museum to You"

By permission of the artist, The Cyber Art Show is pleased to feature the first of three 12-piece Exhibitions of works by French contemporary Impressionist painter Pascal Giroud (born 1971 in Lyon, France).
 

A self-taught artist, Pascal started painting in oil in 1998. A year later he presented his first paintings at the Galerie Jacques Royan in Lyon. In 1999 the City of Caluire asked him to exhibit his paintings of Lyon and its surroundings. Following a solo exhibition in 2001, Pascal took an art teaching position at the Pierre Jean Chaffrey academy, where he has painted with artists André Disdier, Pascale Paradis and Norbert Vagninay. Pascal also participated in group exhibitions at the Gallery of Olympus Lyon.

Pascal has met with great international success, his masterful artworks appearing in both Gallery and private collections all over the world--in Netherlands, England, Scotland, Germany, the United States, Brazil, Italy and Spain. 

Inspired by the light of Southern France, Pascal left the Rhone for Provence in 2008.
