Twelve Pieces by Contemporary Artist

             Robert S. Weinblatt (Born 1954)

                        ARTIST'S STATEMENT

“My objective as a contemporary landscape painter is to portray my subject matter in the most-unique as well as emotionally-touching format as possible. My main objective is to convey the spirit and life of my subject to my viewer by use of colour and design and more so to feel what originally moved me to execute the piece.

My process is different for each piece as they are all unique situations that demand a unique approach. My under paintings range from full-on watercolour to oil stains and acrylic  shapes that support the pastel that is always the final say in my work.

y style found me as a result of a lot of experimentation and the freedom I've always allowed myself and the ability to translate my emotions to colour, which then allows my viewer to feel what I do.
