By permission of the artistThe Cyber Art Show is pleased to feature the second of two 12-piece Exhibitions of works by Canadian landscape artist Wendy Bermingham (born 1962 in Aurora, Ontario, Canada).

Wendy Bermingham has always been an artist. A graduate of OCAD with a major in Graphic Design and winner of the prestigious Southham Scholarship for Excellence in Design, Wendy developed a successful career at MCG Graphics, a close-knit in-house studio of Ogilvy and Mather Advertising working as a Graphic Artist with major accounts such as CP. After much consideration, she made the major decision to take a hiatus to raise her children and has never looked back.

Slowing down and spending time looking at nature, she knew that capturing it on canvas is her true inspiration. Workshops and painting every day have helped to shape her work into what it is today. She works primarily plein air in traditional oil, manipulating the thick juicy colours into an energetic impression of the vision before her.

Wendy considers her artistic evolvement as unending, a constant journey of expression where she invites you the viewer to come along with her.

Wendy is an active member of the Ontario Plein Air Society and The East Central Ontario Art Association. She is also affiliated with the Pine Ride Art Council and the Bonnet House Museum and Gallery.
