By permission of the artist, The Cyber Art Show is pleased to feature the first of two 12-piece exhibitions of works by Serbian landscape painter Milivoje Bogosavljevic (born 1957 in Belgrade, Serbia).

Milivoje graduated in 1982, and finished his M.A. degree in 1984 at the Sculpture Department of the Faculty of Art in Belgrade in the class of Professor Nikola Jankovic. He has been a member of ULUS (the Artists’ Association of Serbia) since 1983. He has participated many joint exhibitions of ULUS, SULUJ and art colonies since 1982.

 

He has had independent exhibitions since 1984 in Belgrade, Nis, Pozarevac, Veliko Gradiste, Paracin, Banja Luka, Stuttgart, Stracevo, Kragujevac, Valjevo, Sremski Karlovci, Bijeljina, Loznica, Smederevska Palanka, Kolasin, Raska and Rijeka. The works of Milivoje Bogosavljevic are a part of permanent exhibits in the museums and galleries in Prijepolje, Pozarevac, Nis, Smederevska Palanka and Veliko Gradiste and also in many private collections in EX Yugoslavia, Austria, Germany, Holland, Australia and the USA.

- 1984/1987 many purchase awards of the Republic Fund of Culture
- 2005 the monument of the Serbian Association of Culture “Zora”, Knin- Belgrade
- 2006 Zvecan - the Charter “Saint Luke” a jubilee art colony “Sokolica”
- 2006 Visegrad “Silver Ring” of the Artistic brotherhood of the monastery Dobrun.
