By permission of the artist, The Cyber Art Show is pleased to feature the first of two 12-piece exhibitions of works by Russian landscape painter Angelika Privalikhina (born 1970 in Yzlovay, Russia).

 

In 1990, Angelika graduated from the Art College in Krasnoyarsk. She taught and worked as an assistant curator at the local art museum. From 1995-2000 she created a curriculum for elementary schools called art: "From the Beginning." The course has been published in the State School Board as a monograph, and is used as a basis for art history in primary schools in Siberia.

 

Angelika has received several awards for her art. She has also received numerous praise and awards for her contribution as a teacher of art from the Department of Culture of Krasnoyarsk, and art and culture museum of Krasnoyarsk.
 

She is a ​Member of the Union of ARTS of Russia since 2006, 

the International Association of ART and the Association Internationale Des ARTS Plastiques-IAA AIAP Unesco.
